CANCELLATION POLICY
Any appointments cancelled with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of your total service. Any βno showsβ will be charged 100% of your total service. These are required payments if you would like to re-book with me in the future. There is a 10 minute grace period. Please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself enough time to locate the studio. Please text us or knock at the door upon arrival. Any arrivals made after the first 7 minutes will be charged a late fee. After the 10 minute grace period you will be subject to the 100% cancellation policy.
